| To assist Real Estate agents, attorneys
and the general public, we created a Worksheet to calculate
the Sellers proceeds for a real estate transaction and the
Purchasers funds needed to close a real estate transaction.
This will be calculated using our rate schedules and
additional information you provide.
To use the Worksheet, you have to have
Microsoft Excel installed on your computer.
Before you use the worksheet for the first
time, you should read the Worksheet
Help
file. It is a very short help file that explains the
necessary settings for Excel and the basics of using the
program.
We have also created a Loan Calculator for
your assistance. It also requires that you have Microsoft
Excel on your computer and the same settings in Excel as the
Worksheet. It has many advanced features in it and is easy
to use. Make sure to read the

before you attempt to use the calculator for the first time.
